Staff - Friendly and attentive. There was a lovely lady who remembers us and would check in on us on our stay and breakfast choice. Location - Pretty convenient. Lots of malls nearby so food and shopping are easily accessible. Room - Super spacious. The standout is definitely the bathtub - the best ever had!! Interior wise, you can tell this building has been around for a while, which depending on your taste see it as dated or grand. We see it as a plus because we don't see this sort of interior much, and it's a nice change!

Everything was excellent, especially the bathroom, which was the best comparing with many others luxury hotels I've been so far. Regrettably, we only stayed there for one night and were out for the days. Would love to revisit Kobe another time and spend more time here exploring this hotel.

The breakfast was fantastic. Large variety of dishes for the Japanese meal. The bread on the western menu was great.

Overall experience with staff, view, amenities, room, and space was perfect, as advertised. We could not have asked for more, as it was perfect as hoped for our first night after marriage. We hope to come back again!

Everything exceeded my expectations. Breakfast room service is much better than getting up early to eat at a buffet during set hours. I only wish I could have stayed longer.

Clean, comfortable, luxurious. The best sleep I had in Japan. Spa bath overlooking the harbour was great. Good bar service at bar too.
